      The Yoga Room provides a space for people to step out of the hurries, pulls and stress of daily life and experience rejuvenation and respite through the practice of yoga, meditation and/or tai chi. Classes are small allowing for a private experience of receiving guidance and support.

      Great studio. A lot of liveliness and peace in this room. They surely know what to teach their customers and I can see myself improving in yoga through their teachings.
