      Diane represented me in a contempt/modification case. She got me what I wanted and didn't drag out the case or run up her fees. She has a really good reputaiton with judges and other lawyers but is easy for anyone to talk to. I wish I had hired her in my original divorce case-it would have saved me a whole lot of headaches and money!

      Extremely professional, knowledgable and efficient. Diane and her team know how to present a case at trial and get results. I paid a whole lot less in attorneys fees than my ex did and ended up getting everything I asked for and more. Highly recommended!

Diane Cherry brings more than 25 years of experience to bear in each new case and can provide effective legal representation for every type of family law matter, including divorce, property division, child custody and post-divorce modifications. Although she has had substantial litigation experience and success, Diane encourages clients to use mediation and mutually respectful, good faith negotiations to resolve differences, whenever possible and appropriate. Diane has been an AV Preeminent peer-review rated lawyer for 20 years. Diane was previously an Adjunct Professor at John Marshall School of Law, where she taught Trial Practice and Evidence and was an Instructor for the Paralegal Program at Chattahoochee Technical College. Diane is a Certified Guardian Ad Litem and often takes pro bono cases for the Cobb Justice Foundation, Legal Aid of Atlanta and the Womens Law Center. Diane also serves on the Board of several non-profit community organizations, including The Center for Family Resources, Georgia Alzheimers and Dementia Association and The Cobb Library Foundation.
