For something different try the Del Mar Sandwich, which is sushi grade tuna, minced and then pressed together w/fresh ginger, Asian spices and pressed together into patty, then they sear the outside;served on a brioche buttered bun, cold seaweed salad,carrots, and pickled ginger and a sweet soy glaze.
