What a great place with excellent and professional staff. Trusted them with my aunt and they did not disappoint. This is NOT the old shoreham! You have to check it out!

Moving mother out ASAP!!! Fractured each hip 6 months apart, due to no answer (ever) of call light. Required 2 major surgeries and months of rehab. ANOTHER fall, causing severe bruising of 50% of face, with trip to the ER and CT scan of head. One large advanced-stage bedsore that I found...NOT staff. Nurse stole mom's narcotics, causing my mother great pain. Inconsistent nursing staff assignments and RAPID employee turnover rate. She's been there 2 years and I feel like the worst daughter ever for leaving her there that long.

We just removed our Mother from this facility. Not happy with the care that she received. The ratio was 20 patents to 1 and when we called someone in to help with our Mother they would tell us that it wasn't their patient and leave. The last straw was her lost hearing aid only to find it in her diaper!
