Gordon Document Products is the definition of "Quality Customer Service!" Their team is knowledgable all the way around. We have purchased several machines from them and continue to have remarkable experiences. They have also done a number of IT related projects for us as well at a much lower cost than I could find elsewhere. In addition to all of that they offer a service to their customers, that they installed at our location, where they can monitor and track all of our printing expenditures and can put measures in place to contol and optimize our print spending. This resulted in a savings of almost 25% per year for us!!!!! Thank you GDP!

This is a first for reviewing a company, but I had such a pleasant experience dealing with Gordon Document Products, I had to share so others could have the same hastle free encounter I did! From start to finish, these people deliver exactly what they promise. The machine I purchased (Konica Minolta) is absolutely wonderful and so is the service I receive on the machine. We have had a machine down for over 3 months and have been told by multiple companies that it was unrepairable. We called GDP for one last opinion before we decided to replace the machine all together. They sent a technician out within 2 hours of me calling and within 3 hours we had a working machine again!!
