I've been at this facility since March 2013. I just consolidated two smaller units into a bigger unit and added stuff because I'm relocating. Phillip and Manoj were the two guys on staff at this location. Both were pleasant and very helpful. They got my new unit right by the entrance door which was in a different building because the bigger units are located together separate from the smaller units in different buildings. But being by the entrance door this made the moving easier. Two policy complaints: first, they couldn't apply credit from one of my smaller units I was leaving early to the new unit, and second, there was a rate increase on both my smaller units after only four months. Not cool. I hope that doesn't happen again. Despite my two complaints, overall I'm happy with Extra Space as they have clean facilities, convenient access hours, and have the best price & promos.

These guys are awesome. The facility is super clean, the staff, Manoj and Phillip, are amazingly supportive, and they have the best prices I found. They went out of their way to help me get my stuff in there last minute. They are super friendly and honest. If I ever have to store my stuff again, (it's been 9 months while traveling abroad), this would be the place! I would absolutely be a return customer. It's convenient, clean, secure, well built, a great price, and staffed by great folks.
