ZERO stars..I am so upset at how my situation was handled. I was stranded in the middle of Windy Hill road for over 2 hours from 3pm-5:30pm. The first time I called roadside they sent a AAA guy and he stated that something was wrong with the car that it was leaking gas and possibly oil. there was gas and oil everywhere. An officer blocked the road off and offered to wait. I was told by AAA to contact roadside again as well as the branch where the vehicle came from (windy Hill). Nobody would come and get me or switch me vehicles. Windy Hill stated there were no cars in the area..when I called South Cobb they happily said they had cars and transferred me to reservations; Once I explained my situation they refused to give me a car and told me to take it up with Windy Hill. Called roadside back and they told me I would have to wait another 90 minutes with the car for a tow truck. I kept explaining my baby needed to be picked up and that I had been in the middle of the road for over 2 hours. Even the officer got on the phone and tried to get them to come quicker. The officer was no longer able to wait and had to have the vehicle towed. I tried to let the enterprise reps know but they acted as if they didnt care and told me if I want another car I had to to find a ride to the airport (which was an hour away). I told them I didn't have a way they told me to take uber or lyft which would have cost me $47. I was going to have to walk home and my daughter was left stranded because I couldn't get to her. Luckily the officer had the tow truck driver drive me closer to my home. I have never experienced this. I was so stressed and in tears at the end of the day. By the time I could find a ride to the airport I didn't get another car until 10pm that night. To top it off the car I was given smelled like cat pee. Worst experience ever. No empathy from anyone...Both Windy Hill and South Cobb locations provided horrible and just mean customer service.
