Cobb County Public Library offers access a variety of print and electronic resources. The library provides resources in several formats, including books, magazines, pamphlets, journals, pictures, maps, CDs, DVDs and videocassettes. It offers resources on several disciplines that include science, law, music, literature, politics, technology, cookery, handicrafts and medicine. The library has a children s section that provides materials on sports, stories, animals, jokes and holidays. Cobb County Public Library was founded in 1948 and also offers references in several foreign languages, including Spanish, French, German, Hindi, Japanese, Chinese and Russian. Cobb County Public Library maintains several locations in Marietta, Ga.
