The Property Management Department, a part of the Cobb County Government in Georgia, operates as a full-service real estate provider for various county departments. It offers land acquisition, design, construction, renovation, building management, maintenance and custodial services. The department operates a maintenance division that handles routine and special request customer services and provides energy management, capital replacement and upgrade, parking lot and deck operation, and ground and building maintenance and repair solutions. The Property Management Department s construction division provides program and project management services for new facilities. It also offers in-house millwork and cabinetry production and design and renovation services for existing facilities.
