I have known the Shipley family for years. When we first bought our house, the first weekend it got warm, the Ac wouldn't work. They made a special trip down in traffic just to get it working again. We replaced our entire unit and furnace and ductwork last year, and I wouldn't call anyone else. They are honest and fair.
