I am new to this area and looking for a PCP for my elderly mother. I called 3 times today to set up an appointment and was placed on hold so long that I hung up each time. Then I called at 4:30 PM and the answering service said the office was closed even though the site said the office was open until 5:00PM. Poor business practice and poor impression of the service.
