Great service great prices helpful nice would not take cars anywhere else

After using Fletcher's for 4 years to get our oil changed, after we moved out of Maricopa and it was too far for us drive down, my husband decided to do a tune up on my car and when he changed out the oil filter, it still had the original manufacture filter left in it! They never replaced it so it was covered in gunk!

Took my car to have the fuel pump replaced. Took 2 days and the day after I got it back it had an engine light on. The vehicle has been in perfect working order proir to the fuel pump. I had the code pulled and it was a small evap leak. Called the shop and they said it was not their fault. Will never go here again and will never recomend to anyone ever.

I had purchased a whole new set of tires for my Nissan Suv and they didn't even balance the tires correctly. When I drove off, the steering wheel kept wobbling. I sent it back to them and the problem didnt change much but then to my surprise they said that I needed two new lug nuts because they said they were broken. That's the same story I got when I dropped off my car for an oil change, 5 broken lug nuts, and a $60 bill because, "Somehow the lug nuts were already like that." Trust me, they didn't even try to make it right afterwards so my advice is to just keep on driving and dont look back..... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !By the way, that's a negative star uptop.

Fletcher's charged me 610.00 for changing my upper and lower radiator hoses, heater hoses, flushing and refilling my cooling system, and doing an oil change. That was after they tried to con me into having my engine replaced for 4500.00 due to heat damage. They charged me 250.00 for parts that I could have gotten at Auto Zone (which is right next door to their shop) for 100.00. They charged me 200.00 in labor, and they threw in a 27.00 charge for "shop supplies", paper towels and hand cleaner? My engine runs fine, no sign of any heat damage. They got me once, but they will never get another dime from me. Very disappointing experience. Obviously a company that doesn't care at all about repeat business. Stay away from these guys.

I was stranded. My 2009 Nissan had a battery issue and the cable clamp had literaly broken off the positive terminal. I walked over to Fletchers and the young man first let me know that they had to be careful when leaving the shop,l insuranbce issues. But seeing my predicament he sent a man with a jump box and after I had spent several hours on my car, the young man had me running so I could take car to shop in about 10 minutes. I just want to say, they completely straightened up my battery and cable situation and I was on my way in a very short time. This was above and beyond, but showed me where I would go for any tires or service in Maricopa. Thank you Fletchers.

Technicians were rude. I will never go back.

I brought my car in 2 hours before closing and they said it was too late to take the vehicle. FAIL
