We cannot say enough good things about Felix Appliance. We are in a 5th wheel in a park in Casa Grande, AZ. We were having problems with our fridge. We called around trying to find someone to work on it. Felix Appliance were the only ones who could come the soonest. Mike & Manny came out and replaced the defrost board first then replaced the thermostat. Nothing helped so they said we probably needed a new fridge. They do not do installations but since we had been so patient with them they decided to help us out by finding us a fridge and installing it. When the fridge got here it would not fit through the RV door. They stayed through the process of removing the door frame and getting the fridge in place. They could have left but they didn’t, they stayed until the door framed was put back in place. They worked with us about 4 hrs helping us out. Mike & Manny were so helpful, courteous and I know no other company that would have gone stepped up and went the extra mile. They wore their masks and we just can’t say enough about Felix Appliance and the customer service. They will be our go to appliance repair from now on.
