Marianna's first mini storage. W.H. "Billy" Milton started Milton's Mini Storage as a business of providing quality self-storage units to the residents of Jackson County. Mr. Milton worked for years with the Florida Department of Transportation and as a property appraiser. During his working years he saw the need for a self-storage facility in Marianna, Florida. He developed and built Milton's Mini Storage, one of Jackson County's first self-storage facilities. As Mr. Milton saw a need for more units he added additional units and sizes. Today Milton's Mini Storage has 12 buildings containing various size units. After Mr. Milton's death his wife, Yvonne Milton, is still carrying on his legacy of providing low cost quality storage to the residents of the Jackson County area. Milton's Mini Storage is Marianna's first mini storage. Units are finished with sheet rock instead of metal. We have room for Motor Homes, Boats, and R.V.'s Climate controlled units available.
