The program at Modesto's Karate Academies of EHT is designed to teach much more than self-defense. The program combines the most practical system of self-defense with a widely praised character development system. The skills the students learn will have a positive effect on their entire lives. The children's martial arts classes teach very important life skills such as: confidence, focus, respect, self-discipline & fitness. The adult martial arts program of Modesto's Karate Academies of Egg Harbor Township combines a total body workout with the most practical system of self-defense.
