Remodeled my kitchen. Problems with wood flooring, cracked, chipped needs to be serviced. Been dealing with them for about 2years regarding this problem. Didn't return phone calls, slow on follow up, had to talk to distributor myself who said he also was having problems with them. Now that the distributor has given them the replacement wood they tell me they no longer install that I would need to find someone to install it for me.
