I've always received fantastic service from this company. I call when my tank gets low, and even though im not empty, they come out the same day. The prices are highly competitive, and they were very helpful repairing my furnace when it broke.

Horrible customer service. Ran out of oil on auto delivery. Was told driver would call on his way so someone could meet him if furnace had to be restarted, He never called. When we called to tell them the driver never called to have someone meet him and we needed furnace restarted we were told they were too busy and we couldn't call at the last minute like that. Then why do they advertise that emergency service available? We will be looking for a new company to do business with. The guy that answers the phone is very rude and acts like you are bothering him when you call. Called earlier in the week and was told to call back cuz he was on the other line, when I called back I was told to call back again after ten thirty cuz he was busy.
