      Disappointing

      While the decor is beautiful...if you look closely, the floor is filthy, everything needs dusted, the instruments are not sterilized and the pedicure bowls are not properly cleaned. The saying "you can put a dress on a pig, but it is still a pig" applies to this pig sty.
