      It was 9:00PM wednesday night and I went to shut off my kitchen single lever faucet and the lever broke off in my hand. The hot water was still running so I tried the shut-off under the sink but it wouldn't move so I used two hands and it broke and was spraying water all over so I ran to the main shut off. My condo landlord gave me All H2O's number. Their answer machine gave me an emergency number to call and a real person answered and said he would be here in a few minutes. He came and replaced the faucet and shut-off with a smile.
