the manager of the Monterosa of Stoneham NEVER returns calls and when maint. goes on vacation NOBODY is notified...especially the board, the manager should let the board know when maint. is gone . TIME TO GET a NEW MANAGER from Crowninshield to manage the Monterosa of Stoneham properly. PLEASE ! It appears this manager is too busy with his other jobs to be able to manage this condo .correctly PLEASE REPLACE MANAGER with one that cares and returns phone calls

Crowninshield Management Corp is a terrible home condo management company. They take huge fees to manage condo property and then when something is legitimately wrong you have to call them 4 times in one day to get them to fix it, if youre lucky. If you need a management company for your condo association do not pick Crowninshield they are one of the worse I have ever come across.
