I called ahead today to ask about renewing passports. They said you don't need an appointment just get there before 3:30. I arrived, with kids in tow, at 1:30. We waited in line until our turn and were told we would have to wait in the lobby until the whole line was empty. By 2:10 I realized the line was never going to be empty, there was always one or two more coming in as others left. I stuck my head back in there and asked if they thought we were ever going to see "no line". They then informed that the girl who does the passports was going home and I'd have to try another day. REALLY?? Do we really need to wonder why they are going broke? I'll try another day alright and another place!
