Provided by DexKnowsA service light came on in my vehicle on the way out of town, so I immediately turned around and went to the dealership. They gladly accommodated my drop in, analyzed and fixed the problem. Additionally, they offered to do an oil change that was scheduled for the following week so I didnât have to return and they did a factory computer upgrade that was required. Great service!

Provided by DexKnowsI needed a oil change and have them check into a ALARM for "OIL PRESSURE LOW, STOP ENGINE" light.Kelsey a service person took care of me. They told me it would take 30 minutes. I was in and out in 25 minutes. Kelsey couldn't find any leaks or leaks in my oil connections. we figured it a faulty sensor. I will get that replaced. I was very happy with Kelsey. she showed me whats wrong and gave me estimates. She also said with my 2007 Chevy Impala with HIGH MILES (178k), the sensor could go bad. Thank you Kelsey. I was very worried about this alarm. But now I know its the sensor.

Provided by DexKnowsCharged my wife over $600.00 for a headlight assembly replacement. They totally took advantage of her. But this is typical of dealerships. I hope they lose $600.00 x 10 from this review. They've earned it.

Provided by DexKnowsBrought my car with an extended warranty in for service because car would not start ever time you turned it over. Merit said they had the same problem, but could not figure out how to fix it. Then charged us for their time! After my husband tried to argue with them they told us never to come back for service there again. No problem!

Provided by DexKnowsI recently moved to the Twin Cities and found it difficult to find a quality repair shop. I gave Merit a shot becasue of all the good things I had heard about it from coworkers. I was very satisfied with the work that was done on my vehicle. I also found it very refreshing just how friendly and honnest all of the people I came into contact with were. Overall I had a very pleasent experiance and I will definatly be returning for all of my automotive needs!
