Excellent workout facility with great personal trainers. Excellent, top of line equipment with TV's built into most cardio machines. Good free weights and nautilus type equiment. Great variety of classes including spin class, outdoor activities, kick boxes, yoga, etc. Only complaint is that the facility is pretty small and things are cramped in free weight area. Pluses include excellent daycare with monitoring camera's, sun tan booths, clean and updated bathrooms with showers.

Special activities going on almost every evening. Child care available with TV monitors in the gym areas. Tanning beds and trainers available at extra cost. Pretty busy when people get off work during the week...4:30-5:30...other than that time, pretty quiet.
