I have both (2008) vehicles Honda Ridgeline & Infiniti G37 coupe serviced here, not only there regular maintenance but custom parts / upgrades (I brought parts in) also! I usually seek advice of Tom Nevins who runs the shop like clockwork! Tom gives me no nonsense straight up info (he's a retired Army 1st sergeant) which I both respect & like. Two instances; in February 2013 my G37 battery went south

Disappointed Claimed I needed back brakes the charge 750.00. Went to my mechanic said no way only 150.00 for brake pads. I will never go back to NTB even for tires or oil change with coupon. Was a loyal customer Very Disappointed!!!!!
