IF YOU WANT A SAFE CAR - go elsewhere. We experienced a serious safety issue that we want other families to be aware of. We had malfunctioning airbag(s), a problem which the Lexus handbook states must be brought to a dealership immediately. Cherry Hill Lexus ?repaired? our car, or so we thought. Next day, we left on an 800-mile family vacation. We drove less than 30 miles outside of Phila when the airbag light came on again. We could not turn back, so continued to Wisconsin, where our first stop was a Lexus dealership. Cherry Hill not only refused to authorize the repair, but asked us to drive home - another 800 miles - with our 5 yr old in the car & airbag light STILL on! Upon returning, have brought the car back to cherry hill and TWICE after that it came back with same airbag problems, PLUS some new problems that weren't there originally. Nearly 2 mo.s later the car is now 'ready,' but manager will not assure us that our car is safe! Cost us $3k. Deplorable 'service'.

Please beware. If you value your time and money, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS DEALERSHIP. These people are true rip off artists. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday evening (6-25-08) and planned to pick it up on a Thursday evening (6-26-08). I had taken my car in for a detail job and all they accomplished was the equivalent of a wash and wax for over $200.00. A detail job should leave your car looking pristine and like new. When I came to pick up my car the next night it was surprising to see water spots and condensation on my windows, red marks on my passenger door that weren't there before I took the car in, the door jams were glossed over and not completely cleaned and the list goes on. I complained to the night manager of the detail department. He even agreed that the day crew did a poor job. He apologized and assured me that he would have my car redone and I could pick it up the following evening. I left feeling that they would redeem themselves.
