If I could give it a zero, I would. I have gone to this location for years and several cars. But, the present management lost my business permanently. Someone, who claims to be a manager, is very disrespectful. When asking for a specific part from a specific maker, like Denso for instance since they are the maker of the original equipment, he will argue that it is not (despite the customer having thoroughly done their homework prior to coming in for services). When asked to do a specific repair, based on compter read outs and the repair need varified by a dealership garage, he has made a smart comment questioning the customer's knowledge of what is needed. They do not make appointments. But, he will tell you call first. After calling, getting the OK and making the drive there immediately, I was told they are too busy to be bothered and can't understand why the customer would take issue with that. I gave this guy three times..... never again. If you happen to get the manager with long hair, consider yourself lucky. But, the tall guy with short hair and glasses..... walk away and don't waste your time. I've taken my business elsewhere since and found someone who knows customer service and more importantly, what they are doing. I have to wonder how many other customers he lost Raimbow Muffler at this location?
