PLEASE, do not do business w/this company.

At least, not the plant in Maple Grove, MN. When I first signed up w/them to have their uniform services, I thought it sounded like a good deal. I was lied to about the price it was going to be, overcharged numerous times and one week, the uniforms weren't even DELIVERED on time... When I complained, customer service told me they'd have a manager call me back... Well, I waited several hours and nobody called me back, so I decided to just stop by the place, since it was only several miles away, to see what was going on.

When I showed up, they told me to go back into the stockroom and speak w/the team lead, I believe Teri something was her name. When I went back into the plant, this chubby lazy-looking woman showed up and in an overly-sickly-sweet tone, asked me what I needed. I told her what I was supposed to get and she said she'd get it for me. So I waited and she came back several minutes later, w/the items. I never bothered to look through them before I left, but just grabbed them, thanked her and left. Whew, I thought, well at least I FINALLY GOT WHAT I NEEDED EVEN IF I HAD TO PICK IT UP MYSELF!

So, I returned to my company and opened the package. I looked inside and thought, wait a minute, these aren't what i ordered... they were the wrong sizes and all dusty and looked like they hadn't been washed in YEARS... By now I was FURIOUS. I'm not sure if that woman did it on purpose, but she looked rather lazy and I wondered if she maybe JUST DIDN'T CARE?

I returned them and decided to stop doing business w/them. By the time I received an invoice, I was charged three times what I had been told it would cost to cancel. I just paid the bill and was glad to have them out of my business.

Wasn't worth the hassle and headache. DO NOT do business w/the plant in Maple Grove, MN.
