      they took my 100. up front then never showed back up said they make me a appointment never heard from them they kept my 100. dont give this company any money up front

      Although this review is from 2018, we thought it was important to respond. Although we are very sorry for the miscommunication, we want to clarify that the $100.00 collected was for a service call performed to assess issues the customer was having with their system. Money was not collected up front it was payment for services performed. We DO NOT collect money upfront for any residential pumping or service call. A follow up was not scheduled due to a miscommunication as to who was supposed to call to schedule the follow up pumping. We pride ourselves is our customer service and strong communication and we apologize that we fell short in this instance. Hopefully this clarifies what took place.
