Instructors know how to safely push you to the limit yet you never leave class without feeling you learned or improved on a move. Every year I set about on another diet or join another gym, get bored then quit, let me tell you there is no way to get bored here. I joined to get in shape and now i feel it is more of a long term commitment. Great job guys! Thank you for everything!
