BEWARE WOMEN and Decent men! Rented a U-haul. Called to ask general questions about return and was greeted by an unpleasant man (presumedly the owner). I was in a great mood prior to the call and maintained a respectful tone even while dodging sexist and passive-aggressive comments. He was insulting and rude. As he ended our conversation he said "Why don't you stay out of the middle of it (concerning the contract) and let your husband handle it!" I do not recommend dealing with this man and his company. As a side note it was 9:30 on a Sunday morning.
