We signed up for a year of service and the only time it EVER took care of all the bugs was the very first time. Not only did they come their normal quarterly time but we had them come several times in between to do both the inside and outside. Besides the very first time we always saw bugs or spiders the VERY NEXT DAY. The person who came out was always professional and courteous but dont waste your money on a year of service.
