The disconnect was with the estimate for a new insulated door, keypad and 2 remotes. I was given a verbal estimate (stupid move on my part for not requesting written). I agreed to service based on this estimate to include garage door, key pad and 2 remotes and did not contact other companies due to price being so great. Once service completed, I was charged an extra $450 over estimate. I explained that Felix quoted me that price and that is what I should get, Felix contacted me and did advise he did quote me that amt, however the business would not allow the quoted price and they would take that over quote out of his paycheck (poor baby). I asked if I could get windows in the new garage door and Felix said he would work with me on getting that at a much lower price to offset the different in price quote, which I accepted. He said he would call me back... well it's been a month and still nothing. I would not use this company again. Unfair practices, lies and deceptive.
