I have seen residents go 2-4 weeks without being showered. Some who recently returned from hospital stays were brought trays of food but never awaken or assisted with actually eating the meals. Trays were then picked up anywhere from 2-5 hrs later, untouched. I did not get a sense that management or staff had real concern for patients but were there to perform a job.
