      I took my stepson's 95 Altima in because it would turn over but not start. This car has only 80k original miles so I didn't think it would be anything major. After they ran their diagnostics they told me the engine was getting little or no compression and that I would need a new or rebuilt engine at the cost of around $8,000. I then had it towed to a friend of a friend who owns his own shop and he said all it needed was a new distributor cap. $109 installed. Bottom line these guys at Firestone don't know what the hell they're doing. Or maybe they do know and were trying to get me to sell them the car dirt cheap so they can fix it themselves. Either way I'm staying away!!
