DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This is a HORRIBLE Company with poor customer service who claims she has been in this business for 20 years!! SMH! We just moved out of our house and we're renting out our home. Due to our move being a corporate move, the packers and movers came on Wednesday morning and packed everything and took everything the same day. That means they even packed my cleaning supplies. By the time the movers left my house it was 7pm and we had to head to Austin, so my husband googled a few places to get someone to come and do a quick cleaning on our house for Friday morning since our renters would be there later that day. My husband called and spoke to the owner at Cleaning Connection, Gloria, who claimed she has been in the cleaning business for 20 years. At first we were so excited to get someone who would be willing to come out on short notice and clean our home. My husband explained our situation to Gloria and she acted like she was more than willing to work with us. Since we had to head to Austin that night, we coordinated with Gloria & our property manager so the cleaning crew could get in the house. We gave Gloria our property manager's info and Gloria explained that for 4 hours of cleaning it was going to be $98.00 from 8:30am - 12:30pm and we went ahead and gave her our credit card info and she charged our card. Before we hung up, we reiterated that our house is locked up and in order to let the cleaning crew in, she would have to connect and coordinate with our property manager. Fast forward to today, Friday. The day the cleaning crew are to arrive. We get a call from my property manager and she says the cleaning crew never came! Our property manager called the cleaning crew to let them know she was going to be a a few min late because she was stuck in traffic. The cleaning crew arrived at 8:30 am which was the time agreed upon and our property manager was to be there by 8:50am due to traffic. Instead of having the girls wait there for 20min, Gloria tells her girls to leave! When our property manager called Gloria to see if they could come back, she was rude and unprofessional and said we owe her $30 of gas for the girls coming out there. When we found all this out we called Gloria to understand what happened. Instead of explaining and apologizing, she gets defensive and started yelling and told my husband to stop talking!?!?! Um, if I'm not mistaken, we're the customer and she is the "customer service". For someone who has been doing this for 20 years, it seems she hasn't learned anything about customer service. Maybe that's why she has no reviews...Anyway, to sum it all up, Gloria explained that she sent her girls back home because she didn't want them sitting there for 20 min and "not get paid". Which makes NO SENSE BECAUSE WE ALREADY PAID $98.00 for 4 hours so the clock started at 8:30am when they arrived so they were already getting paid. My house is brand new and is only 1,800 sq ft and it was built last year in Aug. My house was empty so there's no way the girls couldn't have gotten the cleaning done within that amount of timeframe. Gloria claimed the girls are on a schedule and they had to be in Southlake by 2pm and with the 20min deficit, they wouldn't make their 2pm appointment...we live in Mira Lagos in Grand Prairie, Southlake is not that far. My 8 year old can do that math but apparently she can't. Not to mention, we are the paying customer. If the girls waited the 20 minutes and somehow couldn't get the cleaning done in 3 1/2 hours, she could have called us and we would have compensated them for the extra time or just have the girls just leave at 12:30 pm at the scheduled time so they wouldn't miss their 2pm appointment. This is all common sense.Pick up the phone and call the customer! She lost our business and I will tell everyone I know to not use her!
