At my appointment in June 2013, I scheduled my next visit for Monday, December 21, 2013. When I arrived at the dentist's office on 12/21/2013 they were closed. By calling and listening to the office voicemail I found out that they were apparently closed for the holidays. At no time was I contacted to be informed that the offices would be closed despite the fact that an employee of Dr. Cole scheduled me for a visit that day. I left a voicemail to express my dissatisfaction and to inform them that I would no longer be a patient of theirs. I also specifically stated that my wife had an appointment scheduled for January 20, 2014 and that she would be KEEPING her appointment, after which she would no longer be a patient. My wife arrived at their offices this morning only to find that they had given away her appointment to another patient.
