Prior to the new boiler being installed, Sean came out (on a Saturday with little advance notice) to see if the current boiler could be repaired. He was thorough and fair in trying to repair what we already had. Given the age of our boiler, we ending up needing a new one installed. ECM got the new unit quickly and worked hard to install the unit in one day. We enjoyed working with Bill and Sean and would highly recommend them.
