I have been getting oil changes at this business for years and years. I like the owner and his wife. Have always had great service here. I took a older vehicle for a oil change and there was a 100 pound dog walking in the office with a 6 foot rope around his neck just walking around. As well a small white dog #2ed at the cash register with customers trying to conduct business. I'm a college graduate. I'm a small town guy and I know how small town business clients are in small towns. I am aware also that people love pets. It's like a family member. I understand this. However, if you are a business owner this is unacceptable. When I take my new Mercedes-Benz ML 350 to the Mercedes-Benz dealership for an oil change. It's no pets allowed. Of course it's a 6 million dollar building. As well they are selling $100,000 plus cars. Your dealing with a different clientele. I'm a bank president. No pets allowed. We are conducting business. I will need to find a new oil change business. Suggestion?

So I went here to get an oil change. An ask them a question about my brakes, he insisted they look father into it an take it back in the garage, I said oh ok that's nice go ahead, little did I know that almost 2 hours an $146 later I would be annoyed an broke. I had NO IDEA that it was going to take so long an cost so much for them to look at my rotors with out even changing them would cost so much. Thought different about them but I will not be going back.

I came in Memorial Day Weekend on Saturday morning at 8 am right when they opened. I was supposed to drive to Grand Lake and I had 2 tires with nails in them. They fixed them both quickly and saved my weekend. Dustin is always helpful. I was so glad I didn't have to drive all the way into Sand Springs and go to Walmart and wait forever! Super nice people.

What nice people, I went in for 2 new tires and they got me right in and my tire was was at a great price, I will always get my tires there and any work on my car done here they are great people. they make you happy. Sandy

Sent the wife to have a nail hole plugged in a tire, expected an approximate $10.00 expense. Nearly 2 hours and $110.00 later she is still waiting to get her car back. They stripped two of the lugs and broke one off then did not have any replacements in stock. This is not the first time; but, will be the last that we have been taken advantage of at this shop. In spite of the name, they did not use any lube in this transaction!
