This dealership went above and beyond to help me out after a credit situation I was left with following a divorce and the death of my daughter. I wanted to trade in my 2004 Dodge Stratus, which had given me five years of driving pleasure (no problems at all) and get a newer vehicle with fewer miles on it and hopefully some dealer warranty. Not only did they find a far lower interest rate - with a major bank - than I had been offered anywhere else between Minneapolis and Mason City, they worked for two hours to lower it even more! I left the same day driving a 2011 Chevy Malibu which not only fulfilled all my needs but actually exceeded them by far. I love my new car - it has under 30,000 miles on the clock and will serve us beautifully for many years. I was so impressed with the friendliness, service and willingness to really try to work with me. Every single member of staff at the establishment was fantastic - they even entertained my energetic two year old daughter!
