I am about to move out of state, but not before I can express my thanks and appreciation to Dr. Cowl and his nurses Julie and Emily. Referred by my GP about 18 years ago, I have seen Dr. Cowl since. He found my problem right away and I told me I would eventually need surgery. But, I appreciate that he is not an aggressive surgeon . Last year I did come to the point of needing surgery, and he did an excellent job . I have referred him to everyone I know concerning foot problems.
