I was in CVS yesterday, 8-5-14, was in a hurry and left my extracard lay on the counter, along with some $4 worth of coupons. I went back today, 8-6-14, and was waited on by Will..who found my extracare card for me and also gave me new coupons. What excellent customer service I received, and all the time had a smile on his face. Every store should have "Will" working for them!
