Went to Lowes, the girl wasn't very nice, said well I don't know their schedule. So we called the contractor when we finally got his number, he said it should be about a week. Waited over a month heard nothing. Went back to Lowes to talk to them, again the girl said well he is working on other projects. All we wanted was a date that they would start. Still nothing. So I wrote the CEO and got a call that night, I explained everything he said I will be calling you back. Lowes district manager called said he would check into everything while we are talking to him the contractor called an said we can start anytime, by this time we had had enough. We said we want our money back, had several calls after that saying they didn't want to lose our business, and that we shouldn't have gone to corporate. got our money back.
