My husband has gone a few times for a simple number two buzz. His recent visit was bad. His front hair line was uneven and one edge of hairline had a patch of hair yet that could be pulled down a bit on his forehead. When I called to inform them of this and that he would no longer be back, I was put on hold for over four minutes. A manager answered and sounded like a dud, as if I just woke her up, so I'm posting my comment since I'm not sure she was awake to hear. Poor service here and VERY questionnable on hair stylists! I had to select one star but NO stars is accurate.

I have gone to Lord n Ladies for several years. As my daughters do. My last visit I can't believe how poorly my hair was cut. when I got to front I was shocked hair prices had went up so much from 8 weeks prior,

I Love Lords N' Ladies Salon the Girls are always soooo nice. It is a nice clean salon. I always go to Tammy Reteria she has been doing my hair for years now and I'm always very satisfied with Tammy's knowledge of hair cutting and coloring.Tammy has been doing hair along time and she's exceptional at her Job.also Tammy's always up on the latest hair styles. You get to be treated like a Queen for an hour or two.The Girls are always smiling and Friendly.Keep up the Good work Tammy.I'll be booking another appointment soon.

I can speak from experience as someone who has worked in the hospitality industry and also as a small business owner.



From the moment I set foot in their door, it was clear that I was not important and they did not need my business. After being ignored for 5 minutes by the hostess, who was making absent minded chatter with the other hostess, I was treated as if I was being the rude one for interrupting her conversation. This was my first time there and not familiar with the operation. The hosted yelled at me and demeaned me in front of the other customers like was retarded for not knowing how they operate.

The stylist was very pleasant. It was unfortunate how she verbally abused by the hostess, also. Management did not bother to follow-up with my complaint.



If they were smart, they would fire that hostess!!
