Founded in 1948, Eck Industries is a privately owned family business with more than 55 years of experience in the aluminum foundry business. The company has a comprehensive quality assurance program that features an in-house spectrometer, tensile testing, capability maturity model, dimensional inspection, ultrasound, die penetrant, real-time and digital radiographic and other inspection techniques. It has a staff of more than 250 employees. The company has a more than 200,000-square-foot facility. Eck Industries uses statistical process control in all practical aspects of foundry operations. It is ISO 9001:2000-certified. Eck Industries is located in Manitowoc, Wis.
