Provided by YP.comI called this location to see if they had a part in stock. The associate who answered said they have what I needed in stock, so I sent my wife to pick it up. It was not there. The computer was wrong. OK, I can deal with that. Now the associate said it would be in first thing the next morning, so I send my wife again. Guess what, it wasn't there. It will now be there after 1:00 in the afternoon. They didn't offer my wife any sort of consolation, so I called. It takes a lot to get me upset, but the way this was handled set me off. The same associate said that she did what she had to do and it didn't work out. This is where you are supposed to say, I am very sorry I can have the part delivered to you and discount the part for you. No nothing like that. So now I am forced to ask if there is anything she can do for the inconvenience. She said I can give you $5 off. Maybe that wouldnt have seemed like an insult if offered up right away, but it wasn't and now I am here venting. I am giving this a two star rating instead of one only because I have received better service in the past.

Provided by YP.comPurchased product to install myself. Could not do it; so went back to the store with purchase and receipt for help. The clerk installed my item and did not charge me anything! I tried to give him a tip but he said " no thank you we are not allowed to take tips . . . Just send your friends or pass along your recommend our store."
