I bought a white gold chain from Riddle's last year for $100+. Spent another $32 having it fixed on two separate occasions. I was told by the young lady at Riddle's tonight, it's value is only about $2. Just saying. . . .

I love this store. My engagement ring is beautiful, and they take the payments straight out of my husband's check. We are saving for my wedding band because it is gorgeous and will be a custom make, but the service here is wonderful. I asked for an appraisal of my ring so I could insure it and they had it ready within an hour. They're so helpful and I have yet to see a ring like mine in any other jewelry store. The warranty is the same as most corporations (bring it in every 6 months and you can replace most of it for free if something happens) but the women that work here are always classy and excited for you. They have really made my engagement and my marriage a better experience because of how great they've been and how enthusiastic they are.
