The City of Manhattan Beach City Hall is comprised of various departments, including human resources, community development, finance, fire and police. The city attorney s office provides legal counsel to the city council, drafts ordinances and resolutions, reviews contracts and represents the city in litigation. The City of Manhattan Beach City Hall s finance department provides a variety of services related to accounting, payroll, investments, utility billing, parking, purchasing, information systems, and business and animal licensing.
