These apartments are very poorly run. AC units are outdated adn do not run properly. The maintanace man is rude. The owner is never around. There is no one to complain to. Trash is always everywhere. The bacl of he building is not maintained. The pool is always filthy. The apartments are far from being updated. The kitchens are a small confined area with absolutley no air flow. You can barely stand in there and cook a meal. The apartments have no insulation, the patio areas are not kept up with. The pool is never open unless its convenient. The laundry room, well lets say you spend quite a bit drying clothes, because the dryers dont work properly. There are 3-4 windows in the entire apartment. The carpets are old and musky smelling of dog. Mold issues. Leaks and plumbing issues. Racial comments are made by the apartment worker. Complex is not ran properly and rules change all the time as convenient by the worker/owner. There is no freedom for children. Would not suggest this place!!!
