This place is delicious! I don't know why they have bad reviews. I go there with my family every Tuesday night for steak night and the ribeyes are to die for! I'll admit it used to not be ran efficiently, but within the past year that I've been everything has been wonderful! Oh, and don't forget to try the cajun sunset burger! Yum!

Picked up an order to go. Buns were stale,frys were limp,no condiments in bag. Three burgers and an order of onion rings thirty eight dollars. Won't see me again!

My wife and I have eaten at this location for over 6 years.

However, the past 5-6 months the food quaility has declined. The portion sizes are fine as we are not over eaters. But, the accuracy of the orders have been inconsistent. Just yesterday, we were in the mood for a burger at lunch around 12:30 pm. The place wasn't over crowded. We ordered a burger to split between us and an extra order of sweet potato fries. We asked for the meat to be cooked medium well. 45 minutes and multiple apologies for slow service later, our food arrived. Cold sweet fries and a bloody burger cut in half for us to share. We asked the waitress for another properly cooked burger and fresh fries. 10 minutes later our food had returned. the patty that we sent back had been cut into 4 pieces and placed on new buns. Upon biting into this thick burger, one half of the meat and condiments went sliding out of the other side. The young manager made poor excuses for scraping off the old toppings and reserving us the same chopped up meat. The manager asked if wanted a salad or more tea on the house before we left. What a weak concession to offer for wasting our time. We gladly went elswhere to have lunch. The prices here are competitive but, try a different eating venue before coming to this Times Grill location if you want to be satisfied with your meal.

Floors are greasy! Management does nothing about it. Women fell just last week 7/15/2010 broke hip had to have surgery..ill-mannered bartenders and poor management with vulgar mouths. Food orders are typically incorrect. Roaches in restaurant is disgusting.

Poor management...snobby waitresses and bartenders.. Hot beer! Owner is a jerk! Food orders most of the time incorrect!

Before they added on we ate there quite often for it was reasonable and one would have to get a to go box. Food was very good. Wife and I went after the remodeling was completed (with about 3 - $5.00 coupons). Used one gave the others away because Times is not the same - expensive and very small amounts served.

Don't go in hungry - have plenty money.

Stay away at ALL costs! Seriously, this place is so very overpriced they should be ashamed! And not only is it expensive - but the burgers are TERRIBLE! I've visited several times and EVERY time the service (hosts/waiters) are terrible - usually teenagers- and the food is under/over prepared and cold. I wouldn't risk sending back b/c god knows what might 'happen'. I would suggest ground patti or back yard burger - don't waste your time or money here!
