Home Health Care is a viable, cost effective alternative to hospitalization, especially during the recovery stage following surgery or illness. It is imperative that the family, patient and physician believe in the agency which they have selected to provide Home Care. Omni Home Care was established on March 26, 2002 by nurses. Our goal at Omni Home Care is to deliver home health services in a professional manner tailored to the patient and family's needs.
